Fol Espoir is an ambitious young theatre company dedicated to new-writing and devised creations. Our last show Winston On the Run premiered at the Edinburgh Festival in 2012 and received Arts Council support to tour during Autumn 2013. Previous productions include the English-language premiere of Yoroboshi by Yukio Mishima and Dr Brown Because, the first outing of American clown Philip Burgers (2012 Edinburgh Comedy Award and Total Theatre Award Winner). We want to bring great theatre to all the nooks and crannies of Great Britain, and put the audience firmly at the centre of our creative process.
